Step 2: Choose Your Content

• Opening Sound Ceremony: All private retreat experiences include our opening signature sound bath, combining the gongs and sound therapy, breathwork, meditation and restorative yoga. Additional sound therapy sessions may be included for full day and overnight retreats.
• Custom Wellness Workshops: From there, we guide your group through at least one personalized workshop session tailored to your unique needs and desires, mindful forest bathing and nature therapy around our serene koi pond, and integration practices that transform insight into lasting change.
• Tailored to Your Needs & Goals: Whether you need a short yet powerful introduction to nervous system nourishment or a comprehensive multi-day reset, we customize the topics to your group's challenges and goals — from burnout recovery and team cohesion to family bonding or your very specific wellness goals.

Step 3: Choose Your Details: 

• Find a Place to Stay: We have partnerships with local hotels & large group AirBnb's for overnight stays.
• Add-On Wellness Activities: Added spa & enhanced wellness services (massage, facial, sauna, cryotherapy, red light, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and more) may be arranged.
• Food & Transportation: Transportation to/from the airport, your hotel, etc. may be arranged. Restaurant reservations and some meals may be provided for additional cost.
